This is a resource for health professionals, enthusiasts, students, everyday humans, and elite athletes.
All exercises are looped and clearly labelled. You can watch, and share individual clips to friends (“hey I found this cool as exercise!”), family (“you need to do more of these dad”) or clients (“here’s a video for that squat exercise thingy”).
There is a workout planner feature (in progress, still available though because it’s working well enough) where you can add exercises to a planner, add reps, sets, load, tempo and notes.
